Terms and Conditions

To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and to be fair to other clients, session timings must be strictly adhered to. Late arrivals will be provided with shorter treatments at the full session rate, or may have to wait until the end to have their treatments unless there is a time slot available.

Bookings: All bookings require a 50% deposit by either credit / Debit card if paying by cheque then allow days, followed by full payment on the day either be Cash, Credit / Debit card,

Cancellations: Optimum health UK is a busy clinic and operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. Anyone looking to cancel with enough notice will receive a full refund of their deposit / payment. Inadequate or no notice will be charged in full or client may re-book no refund will be given.

Please do not eat or drink anything two hours prior to your appointment.

Special Rates for Patients looking for a bespoke treatments / sessions may only apply after a consultation with a specialist.

Optimum Health UK operates a fair deal clinic and does not recommend or force anyone to book multiple treatments / sessions, back to back or over a number of weeks without first having a consultation with the client, to first establish what he / she requires.
